Gin & tonic
- 2 oz. HP Juniper Gin
- 4 oz. tonic water
- Garnish with cucumber and lime slices.

Tom Collins
- 2 oz. HP Juniper Gin
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 3 oz. club soda
- Garnish with lemon slices and a cherry.

Koala drive
- 2 oz. HP Juniper Gin
- 1.25 oz. aloe vera juice
- 1/5 oz. lime juice
- 1/5 oz. eucalyptus syrup
- Garnish with eucalyptus leave.

Espresso, tonic and olive oil
- 1 oz. of espresso
- 1.5 oz. HP Juniper Gin
- 1 teaspoon of Maison Orphée’s Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Salads
- 1 teaspoon of olive brine
- Some 1642 Tonic
- Garnish with a green olive.

Possédé-Ohé! ohé!
- 1.5 oz. HP Juniper Gin
- 3 oz. of cucumber juice and honeydew melon juice
- 1/2 oz. honey
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 rosemary sprig
- Garnish with rosemary, cucumber and honeydew melon.

Sparkling Yuzu Gin Cocktail
- 2 oz. HP Juniper Gin
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 3-4 basil leaves
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- Kimino Sparkling Yuzu

Laurence Girardin
- 2 oz. de HP Juniper Gin
- 3 oz. grapefruit juice
- 3/4 oz. orange juice
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 4 drops orange bitters
- 4 droppers Noroi foamer

“Citrusy” Gin & Tonic
- 2 oz. HP Juniper Gin
- 4 oz. tonic water
- Juice of one clementine
- 1 sprig fresh thyme

Gin Mule
- 2 oz. HP Juniper Gin
- 1 oz. Monsieur Cocktail ginger syrup
- 3 oz. sparkling water
- Lemon and mint (for garnish)

Snowbird
- 3 oz. of clementine puree
- 2 oz. of HP Juniper
- 1 oz. of lemon juice
- 1 oz. basil & thyme syrup
- 2-3 dashes of orange or lemon bitters
HOMEMADE CLEMENTINE PUREE
2 cups of peeled clementines, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, 2 oz. lemon juice or the juice of 1 lemon, 3 teaspoons of nutmeg
Simmer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and then let cool in the fridge.
